We do not offer “in-office” assistance at our premises. (Especially after the COVID-19 Pandemic). While collections are welcome by yourself or a courier, we do not offer visitation at our premises to place, pay for or change orders. All orders are processed start to finish electronically through email. Phonecalls and WhatsApp messages are welcome for secondary discussions or assistance, but all orders including proofs, confirmations, account enquiries etc are handled via email.

We’ve processed 100’s of orders through this manner and gaurentee you that your order will be processed correctly and safely. We are registered and verified through FICA processes with PayFast.co.za (our payment processor), so you can be confident that we’re here to stay.
